Shipping Policy
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within Canada. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Rutledge Jewellers at 905-852-7846.
Return Policy
Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns must be shipped to our Uxbridge store, at the customers expense: 82 Brock Street West, Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada L9P 1N6. A store credit will be issued to the purchaser, excluding shipping and insurance, upon request if payment has been received.
